I totally didn't just see it... I spent an hour with the jumble pasted into a notepad file trying different options. I had the blade sizes and "knives" pretty solid, but "elmax" and "steak" had me hung up. I was thinking the X would be in "next" since I couldn't think of any other word with an X in it that he would likely have used. Then I noticed the word Elmax on my 0561 while I was fiddling with it

I really hope it's right, I was considering picking up a pair of the last run of steak knives for my wife and I.
