Specific flashlight for my needs.

I'm really loving my Jetbeam BA20. I'm probably going to buy a BA10 for EDC..

I love my 4Sevens Mini Quark - single AA, 3 levels of output, the highest has excellent throw for my in the woods use!

I have a Quark AAx2 S2 and a Quark 123x2 S2. I love 'em both. I don't like the tactical set up - too much crapping around compared to high on one button click and a whole plethora of options if the lens section is loosened. I use Sanyo Eneloops in my AA and 4 Sevens 123 rechargeables in the 123.

The lights boom out well best 100m. I had the AAx2 clipped to a 22 mag rifle with a big varmint scope and after clicking on the light was able to easily pick off some critters (unfortunately) that were raiding our farther barn, containing dog & cat food - plus generally wreaking havoc.

There was more than enough light to easily pop vermin at (not quite) that range, with my set-up. ;)

I'm a pretty big fenix fan, great lights at a decent price. The ld20 would be great, the E21 is a nice 2 aa fenix for $20 or so less, simple two mode light but no real low if that is important. I just bough a couple E11's ( 1 for me 1 for my brother) For about $27 shipped its a lot of light! Again two modes, 32 lumens on low, 105 on high won't throw quite 100 yards but pretty impressive for a affordable aa light. EDC'd a itp a2 for close to a year, one of my favorite lights! Good clip, 3 modes a great beam...for $25!

4Sevens!!!!
Check out the "quark" line....fantasic light for the money IMHO ;)

'Nuff said!

Took the words right outta my mouth. Also consider cr123 lights, the quark mini 123 is all you want and more.
And with the 2pack cr123 deals you can get at lowes for $5 (not dealspotting, just proving my point) you can cover the terminals of the extra with duct tape and toss it in your pack, always have an extra.

I've had great performance from Fenix. For me, their lights have been exactly as advertised. Extremely reliable and priced right.

I'm so pissed at 4 sevens. Right after I get these two lights, they put a different emitter (light bulb) in 'em and they put out 1/3 more lumens (light beam). f****K! My butt feels sore! :( :D
