Specific Knife Recommendation?

The reason I never really considered custom knives was because I'm so indecisive that it would take me forever to decide what I want :P ... But anyway, it's seeming like custom may be the way to go! Any recommendations for a good maker?
Well, from my experience you could try Blind Horse Knives, Bob Dozier, Paul Moore, Geoffroy Gautier's 'Gamma Brand' (French guy), or wander over to the Knife Maker's area here and check their websites, ask for quotes/ideas, etc. Your specifications are more than enough detail to start with, they can help you work out the rest from their own experience with using and making knives, and together you'll create something for you  Good luck!

Overall length: between 9 and 11 inches, preferably around 10.
Blade thickness on spine: around 3mm or in inches, 0.118, less is okay, more not preferable. I find a lot of knives are too thick.

I think that you have pretty well described Becker...
Becker??? Which Becker?? Only the teeny BK13 is less than 0.13", the rest are ~0.18" or more...

Cold steel bushman you say? :P Ill have a gander! And I know its thin but it doesnt mean it isnt serious :) Am I the only one who thinks a lot of knives today are too thick?

I'd suggest you to take a look at Ilkka Seikku's BushProwler
http://tuluskivi.suntuubi.com/?cat=35

He's a old styled blacksmith, craftman and certified wilderness guide and instructor. The Prowler is also his own personal knife.
If it's too thick for you Ilkka can obviously forge you a thinner one.
He's really skilled and knows his stuffs so if you want to discuss with him you'll surely have a nice time.

Cold steel now has several dsigns of the Busman. One peice of 3/32 1095 tool steel. It's as basic as it gets. I prefer thicker knives for fixed blades, however, I do own two Bushmen. The link is MSRP, true price is about 20% less.
