speed bump lock issue

Just bought a speed bump, and the lock doesnt function in the closed position and the lever is loose. What parts are involved in the lock mechanism in the blade? it seems like something is missing.... And yea i know, i can send to kershaw and they will fix for me, but id like to see what the problem is before i send ANOTHER knife to them for warranty work lol.

In the closed position the lock doesn't do anything. it just rattles mostly... Its just a spring and the stud.. The lock only functions when the knife is open. I'm not really understanding your problem

o then its doing just fine, i was thinking it did something other than rattle incessantly.... seems silly to have it so loose. Guess i dont have a problem after all, which is great news

Haha Good! The same thing happens on the Offset as well, Not that I shake my knives like rattles.

I wanna love The Bump...But man those pocket clips are rough.......But I do love the TILT and there clips give me wedgies to get the knife outta my pocket...

As ugly as the SG2 JYD clips are they actually work very good

I actually like the jydii clip, sure its huge, but never pulls out unintentionally
