speed bump lock issue

mmmmm bump

The black aluminum is one I've been wanting and I think I found one this morning. Still waiting to see if it's really available. This is what I've got thus far

that orange one is sick! ive never even see that one, and the green one looks pretty sweet too.... what did that retail for

I don't remember what the Ti bumps retailed for, but as an official limited edition they were somewhat pricey. The green ones show up for auction semi regularly and usually sell for less than the blue and considerably less than the almost never seen grey.
 
wow, thats beautiful. Must have, added to the grail list.... maybe someday. I really dig these aluminum scales, so clean and sleek.

I put my clip in a vise and made the appropriate changes and it works much better now. Problem fixed, a good knife became great.
 
The problem with the black aluminum bumps is they show wear something horrible. A week in the pocket and it had scratches and nicks in the finish. But now I almost always carry one of my spec bumps and even though the blade shows wear from use, the g10 handles look almost new.

I carry the 1595G10, the handle shows no wear. The G10 in superior to the AL handle for sure in that aspect.
