Hi Folks
Here is the smaller brother of the SpeedLine 8.5 Chef...
The SpeedLine 6.5" Utility - a medium sized, general purpose knife for the kitchen.
With a generous, rounded handle, a rounded spine and finger guard/choil - this knife can be used all day. Brass Corby bolts front and back of the handle and brass pins in the centre. The handle is in a natural brown colored Jute Micarta. The balance point of this knife is slightly towards the handle - just on the first brass bolt.
A no-nonsense kitchen tool that looks the part and will last a lifetime!

Blade: Böhler N690 Stainless Steel (HRC +/- 60)
Blade thickness: at handle - 2.5mm (0.1"), 1" from the tip - 1.4mm (0.055")
Blade length: 160mm (6.3")
Overall length: 282mm (11.1")
Blade height (at heel): 43mm (1.7")
Weight: 188g (6.6oz)
Balance point: first brass bolt on the handle
Handle material: Jute Micarta with Orange G-10 liner. Brass Corby bolts and pins.
