"Bill" finally called back and said that the diamond rods were coming in next week. I asked him what day. He said Thursday. I reminded him of our earlier conversation and how he assured me that his company would get them early this week. I told him to call Spyderco or his distributer and confirm that they would be here next Thursday or to confirm what the Cutlery Shoppe had said three weeks ago, that they were on back order for a long time. He finally called back and said "there are none in the warehouse, nobody has them and they are on back order" I said just because there is none in the warehouse doesn't mean there are none in the world, just none in the warehouse and that all I did was wait three weeks and make it that much more difficult to find some (in stock) somewhere. I asked him to cancel my order and return my money. So far, he has cancelled the order. I guess I'll have to wait a few days to get the credit. Cheers to the Cutlery Shopppe for being honest and calling me right away and thumbs down for thebladeshop for tying me up for three weeks. If anyone knows where I can get these at a reasonable price (in stock) please let me know.
