I have a couple of Case trappers, one full-sized and one mini, both CV chestnut jigged bone. I hope that comparison of the patina on the blades in these photos shows that I consider the spey blade on each to be the primary blade.A place to discuss and post pictures of single blade spey or primary spey bladed knives. Those are excellent, Gary. Those CV chestnut bone Case knives are really nice. I put a nice 20* edge on it a while ago and it just carved right through that meat.They are fantastic slicers, especially for meat which is what they were designed for.![]()
