This thing is practically brand new. I bought it a while back and just never use it. The battery was crap that came with it so I bought a brand new AGPtek 4400mAh 6 Cell Battery to go with it. I also have a soft case with it.
The hardware specs can be found HERE under the "Specifications" tab but just to give you some highlights: 4 gigs of ram, 320 gig hdd, NVIDIA® GeForce® 9500M GS graphics (512MB dedicated memory, up to 768MB shared system memory), (plz read the specs for more).

Now, as for the software, it came with Vista....big mistake Acer, anyway, I wiped the computer and installed Windows 7 Enterprise Edition, Office 2010, and some other great programs. I can install Photoshop CS3 also if you desire. This thing is screaming fast and is in perfect condition. I would normally do the ebay route and get more money but I'm so sick of their crap so I figured I would just offer it up here to my brothers for 350.00 plus shipping and paypal fees.
