Gentlemen,
I've got a great mid sized camp knife with a bolo style blade. The blade is AEB-L steel heat treated to RC61 including cryo and the handle material is very cool Gcarta from GL Hansen and sons. It's a good sized knife but it only weighs in at 12.5 oz.
SPECS:
OAL: 13.5"
BLADE: 8.0" long, 1.75" wide. It has been belt finished to 400 grit. The grind is hybrid flat/convex which is down to 0.010" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.187" AEB-L stainless steel heat treated to RC61 including cryo treatment.
HANDLE: GL Hansen "Gcarta" micarta with black and blue G10 liners and stainless pins.
SHEATH: Stacked leather
