Hi,
I bought this about one and a half to two years ago. I mounted my old ACOG in it and put it on my 16 inch rifle but never even sighted it in before deciding to sell the 4x32 ACOG and buy a mini ACOG.
There are a few snail trails where the tapers of the ACOG and the mount meet which are as minor as minor gets and will not be visible once your ACOG is installed into the mount. This was solely caused by the mount and scope coming together. There are no scratches, gouges, nicks, scrapes, or marks otherwise. Great care was taken when mounting my old ACOG into the LaRue mount, and when removing it.
most people probably wouldn’t notice the snail trail but I’m very particular and want to be sure that you’ll be happy with it, especially if you’re like me. There is a little oil on the mount from storage.
I forgot to show the mini wrench that LaRue includes with the mounts in the pics, it will be included with the mount when I mail it. It is the wrench for adjusting the throw levers to your rail, if necessary.
These sell at LaRue for $135. I’m asking for $SOLD 80 shipped.
