This came added in with my CRK small Insingo when I bought it. It looks unused, not a mark on it. Yours for $23 shipped CONUS with payment by Paypal or $22 with payment by USPS MO. The first "I'll take it!" here in this thread gets it.

Is this actually meant for a small CRK?

I see two screws and the CRK clip only has one.

Yes. The small screw holds the clip to a filler tab while the large one holds the clip to the knife. As far as I know, this will only fit a small CRK.
 
I have these on my large sebbies.

The second screw is to hold the filler tab, you can't see it in the OP post.

That's why it there.. If you clip your small sebbies this would be an improvement IMHO.
