USA made forged Carbon Dexter 48910 kitchen knife. 15 1/4 inches overall, almost 1o inch blade. The blade is beautiful and straight. I have not used it for several years, and will leave cleaning to the new owner. handles tight and solid. Sharpens up like only forged carbon can. Wonderfully balanced with tapered tang. This knife sings beautifully. They sure don't make em like this anymore.
