My process is all free-handed, from initial cutting of the blanks to the final sharpening. The knives have little irregularities that make each unique. I make my own handmade sheaths too.
Blade is heat treated by Paul Bos to 61 HRC.
Blade: 3 5/8"
OAL: 8 3/16"
Thickness in ricasso: .134"
Handle is dymalux, sanded to 1500 grit, then polished with green compound. I glued it up with West Systems G-Flex. I used stainless pins and tube.
The sheath is 7-8 oz cow shoulder.
This one has a slight scuff at the top of the plunge line on the left side. Also minor imperfections in the sheath.
Like most of my knives, it has a couple of minor scratches in the plunge line.
The cow scraped itself against a tree or something:

I prefer to be paid via PayPal, and I am asking $80, including Priority Shipping in USA. No other destinations please.
Feel free to ask questions, and thanks for looking.
