Good Afternoon,

This spider rig is built with 8-9 ounce leather, copper #12 rivets and steel D rings. Both plates have the same hole pattern as a Tek-Lok so any holster, sheath or gear you could mount a Tek-Lok on will fit on this rig. The finish is dyed blue then finished with a black top coat.

I took a couple pictures wearing it with a Glock 17 in a blackhawk serpa holster to provide some scale and to demonstrate how things look when mounted. Any Tek-Lok compatible holster, sheath, magazine etc.. will fit on this rig. I have also carried a full size 1911 with this rig without any issues. With a jacket or vest the rig conceals nicely.

Price SOLD shipping is included to continental United States via USPS.

If you would like additional pictures or have questions please contact me at cpeknives@gmail.com

Comments are welcome thank you for looking,

Pretty nice but I learned something about shoulder holsters long ago. You need some type of tie down to the pants to keep them from flopping around. Thanks,

I have carried with this rig quite a bit without a problem if the straps are adjusted properly there is not a lot of slack for anything to flop around. The traditional Miami or Spider designs are intended to be mounted high up under the arm without belt attachment points. All my stuff is custom though so if anyone want belt attachment straps that is easy and I also make a different design that has belt straps.

Here is a video of Masad Ayoob talking about the different shoulder holster types. The horizontal or spider rig is the second discussed. He does make mention that carrying lower with a 45 degree instead of horizontal he would want a belt strap but that is a different holster and carry method.

Mileage varries, I had a shoulder rig made by a guy named (expletive deleted). Great setup with no belt attachments. I found if the loads on the left and right sides were within about 3 oz of each other it road great. Gun on one side. 2 Reloads, flashlight, multitool on the other. Was an amazing setup. Only problem was Mr. (Expletive deleted) couldn't seem to deliver his product inside on 8 months late.

Short story long this looks like a great setup.
Removed for cleanliness.

What kind of leadtime do you need for something like this? Or are they just posted as made? Are you willing to ship to other states that are not part of the con-us if shipping rates were adjusted of course? (Serious question as some people think Alaska is another country and thus a hard No)

Thank you. Knives are about 3 months right now leather like this is a couple weeks lead. The day job doesn't keep me from the leather as much as it does the knife shop. Shipping to Alaska is no problem it cost me $12 to ship one of these conus so I would just ask for the difference.

Thank you. I'll need to figure out what gear goes where but I'll definitely be in touch. Would be nice for gear for winter activities where I have snow bibs on and can't easily get to my multi tool, flashlight, ect. Maybe extend the eyelet pattern down to accommodate different tools on each side. I'm setup for kydex not leather so something like this could be ideal.

Sounds good. Just send me an email when you are ready cpeknives@gmail.com and I can make alterations to the eyelets to fit your needs no problem.
