I ground the hawk head from one of my old double bit axes, heat treat is still intact. The haft is a hickory wood double-bit axe handle that I have cut down. I tested this hawk before finishing it. It throws great, sticks great, the blade cuts/chops well, and the spike is deadly.

Specs:
OAL: 15.75"

Head Length: 7"

Edge Length: 3.75"

Handle: Hickory Wood

Sheath/Holster: Kydex with thick leather retention strap. "Out the Top" construction. Two Molle-Locks included.

The Hawk Head, Haft, and Sheath have been professionally Duracoated

*Not Pictured* - I have added a wax twine wrap to the handle for a better grip, can easily be removed if not desired.

$150.00 Shipped CONUS, Paypal Please, PM with questions. First I'll take it gets it.

I'll take this please!! Just one question for throwing when the handle breaks how is the next one attached? just cut down another one and stake it?

Yep just pick one up at your local hardware store, although breaking this handle is not a easy as you might think as it is much thicker at the head than most other hawks.
