Spirograph Damascus

Have you noticed the small 21 in Spirograph Damascus on a certain site "in the North"?
Looks fantastic.
Makes me wonder if we will see more in spirograph damascus in the near future?
Any info?

Yep! Saw it, "only in America" from Brooks & Dunn playing at the radio, ordered it :-)

Couldn't resist that spirograph damascus and although being German, I like the flag, the country and knives made in Idaho :-)

I love the damascus. I am not a fan of the graphic. There are so many better graphics to attach that beautiful blade to. That company even has a flag design of their own that is just a silver contrast that it would look great on. May buy one just to do a blade swap on.

Would be better to just change out the presentation side slab than to swap blades..
 
Congratulations! I am still on the fence on this one as I want the Spirograph Damascus but on a plain handle..
 
I mispoke, you are absolutely correct. Due to the lock bar, and blade already being matched, it is a better fit an finish to just replace the presentation side.

I got Neil on the horn this morning, he said he had 5 left. As of a few minutes ago, he has no more than 4 left. ;) :D

He also said that this Flag run was a one time use of the Spiro.
 
aaargggghhhhh.. I want to pull the trigger on this and just get the Spirograph blade. I don't want another knife though, so I am not sure if it would sell with a swapped insingo blade on it...
 
Spirograph was one of the standard patterns a few years ago, replaced by basketweave as the rotating third pattern (in addition to ladder and raindrop).

Wouldn't be surprised if it comes back again, although I'd prefer something totally new.

I do hope it comes back.. I really want this pattern. Could have bought the knife on TNK if it had plain handles... :(

Damn you Lone_Wolfe, you had to put up how rare it is, and only a few left. Well I pulled the trigger too. Congrats. :)
 
Wow... Now only 3 pieces left then? Come on guys get the 3 remaining left so that it will end my suffering... :(

I just found out. The Spirograph damascus is beautiful. I agree about the plain handles. It highlights the blade much better.
