That's a difficult question Square. The angle of the bevel to the flat back-side of the blade is probably in the neighborhood of what you suggest, that said, the blade is mounted in the body at an angle, so if the spokeshave as you see it there is resting on the flat side of the blade you would have to rock it forward, or up in the picture to engage the cutting edge and so the relation of the cutting edge or bevel to the sole of the spokeshave is undoubtedly steeper and maybe even by a fair bit. Regardless, it leaves a nice shine on end-grain behind.
