..took care of my billing info for my ganza score!!!! Seems that there are some grumpy callers today, actually being mean to Amy. I suggested kicking them out of their place in line and letting the rest of us score their load, but alas she was still too sweet to do that. So, everyone be nice to the Busse staff, they have been under enough pressure this week...otherwise they'll sic Jaxx on ya!!:p
 
I've fought off the urge to call. I'm just sitting back, waiting... Far from upset, by the way. :)
 
I can't understand being mean to her. She was swamped when I called but was still super nice. Even with the phone ringing off the hook she took time to complete my order and it sounds like she even shipped my order already. She is obviously doing the best she can which I think given the circumstances is fantastic :thumbup:

Besides, being mean to a Busse employee. . .that's bad INFI-karma right there.
 
I was on the phone with Amy only long enough to confirm that my second attempt at sending an email had arrived. I didn't want to take up any more of her time.

If I was Amy, and someone on the phone was being a total jerk, I would simply replace their Ganzaa score with a brand new Cold Steel knife . That should teach them not to *%#$ with such a wonderful person!

I AGREE! Amy and the rest of the staff at BCS has always went above and beyond for the consumers.

Oooohh, bad INFI-karma. She DOES keep a list, ya know. More than one, actually. You want to be on the GOOD list - not the BAD list. I live on the GOOD list! ;) (Crossing fingers here, 0!!)

Sheesh! That's not very kind ... the Busse staff don't have to hold Ganzaas for us, you know.

I suppose it's tough when you don't get what you really wanted. But don't take it out on sweet Amy-o!! :mad:

EDIT: I didn't even try to call. I just sent an e-mail back saying "thanks -- let's go with that."

I also thought this was a joke since I couldn't believe ANYONE would be mean to you. You go above and beyond to help each and every person out, and you always do it with a smile. I can't fathom how anyone could be less than enthusiastic to talk to you.

I can't see how anyone could complain about something when you and everyone at Busse go out of their way for us. I couldn't believe when you called me Monday to tell me about my special score. It was such a treat to talk to you. I wasn't expecting to hear from you for a while. You guys have brought "two weeks" pretty much to two weeks and that's amazing. :thumbup:

People are too picky and spoiled these days to know when they got a good thing. :(

Amy, I'm sorry to hear you had a rough day. I look sooooo forward to meeting you and everybody else at (hopefully) the next Blade. You just keep on rockin' and don't let some of these people get to you.

Mean to Amy...seriously? I'm not sure how that would be possible???:confused: She's always been a pure delight every time I've spoken to her. Why I remember one time I missed out on some snake skin slabs for the 45 semi-autos, called to check the stock and she confirmed that they were all gone but about a week or so later she emailed me and let me know that a pair turned up and asked if I still wanted them....Now that's great service!!!:thumbup: Amy rocks...hands down!
