Nice, is that a fox or a coyote Pit? Actually, on second glance I think I see a mountain lion. Hope the girls were nearby, don't you wonder how many times we have walked by one like this and just never saw it.
 
Took me a minute but I found him. :) Looks like a deer to me, cant see its head very well but he was definitely watching you.
 
Looks like a deer to me too...but I can definitely see how you could get fox from that picture. That'd be one big fox but still. Something about the eyes and ears make it look like a jackal and it does look menacing (unlike a deer)...but that could just be the lighting and such. I don't think it could be a mountain lion though...IME you will almost never see a big cat with its head that high off the ground in the woods. They're normally low to the ground if they're walking about. In fact only time I've spotted anything but a tail in the wild was when I catch them resting in trees or on rocks. Great pic!
 
Yeah just a Deer, if it had been a mountain lion I definitely wouldn't have been stood taking the pic, LOL !
 
I was going to say a doe. I can spot those ears anywhere.

I also kept going to the upper left corner. I kept thinking I was making out a turkey on a limb.
