Spotting

Is any one doing spotting (swirls) on our flats or on titanium liners?. If so, what are you using?. Cratex?. what grit and what size and where are you buying the cratex?.

In use cratex rods.....it is called jeweling.

I use the cratex cylinders. To make them last much longer than they would I coat the outside with CA glue. It gives them an amazing amount of more life. I use them as they are in a drill press. When I bring the quill down I do not place a lot of pressure on the cylinder but hesitate when the cylinder makes contact with the material. I generally use the coarse size in 1/8" or 3/16" Frank
