Doing some Spring cleaning – or rather, recouping funds from other knife purchases lol. I’m open to reasonable offers on some, feel free to ask – worst I can respond with is a polite decline or counteroffer. Also, I’m the original owner of all these knives. Lastly, you may notice some smudges on the titanium handles (I did a quick wipe down but may have missed some of those smudges).
Custom Knife Factory (CKF) | SNAFU 4-L | Titanium Integral w/ CF Inlays | M398 | #219
CONDITION: EXCELLENT – has been carried a once or twice at home. This is the LARGE version. The factory edge came sub-par, and it bothered me too much that I sharpened it to the factory edge (26 DPS) on a WorkSharp Precision Elite Adjust – MUCH better now! You can check out the first impressions video to see what I’m talking about. No discernible wear whatsoever. Near-perfect centering with excellent action. Has a VERY light shake-shut close – it’s likely to be fully hydraulic drop-shut after breaking in. Solid lock-up without any play. Has a zircuti pivot collar. Gorgeous integral designed by Peter Rassenti! Waited over a year on pre-order from NC Blade so you don’t have to
. From what I gather, these are not available anywhere other than the secondary and I’ve seen these go for up to $750.

CONDITION: EXCELLENT to LNIB – only reason I’m labeling it “excellent” as well is because I did test cut magazine paper, a small zip tie, and 3/8” Poly rope for my first impressions video. Outside of that, it’s never been pocketed nor carried and has the factory edge. Flawless centering and action – so snappy for such a large blade! Fully drop-shut. Solid lockup without any play, as expected. Has such a unique blade shape with that swedge. Paid $647 with tax from DLT Trading back in April.

Microtech Amphibian | Fluted Black G-10 | M390MK
CONDITION: LNIB – has been pocketed a couple times around the house but has never seen any use and certainly has not been sharpened. Lockup is solid without any blade play. Centering is spot-on. Action is fluid, though quite not snappy due to the heft of the blade. Paid $326.25 from EKnives in December of 2023

Spartan Blades SHF | Stonewashed Ti | S45VN
CONDITION: EXCELLENT – Has been carried less than a dozen times and used on light tasks such as food prep and maybe 1 cardboard box. Edge has been sharpened to factory angle – much sharper than before. I’ve taken it apart to clean and re-lube and the action is much smoother. Solid lockup without any blade play. Flawless centering. The stonewash finish hides wear extremely well but there are a couple of snail trails on the lock-side titanium.

CONDITION: EXCELLENT – has been pocketed less than a handful of times and used lightly on food prep – you can see the wear on the blade, but that’s common with PVD finishes, from my experience. Very well-centered with solid lockup and no blade play. Smooth hydraulic action. A few small snail trails on the lock-side. Possibly a bit of wear on the anodized thumb studs. Paid $535 back in August 2022.

CONDITION: BNIB – picked this up as a backup but have decided it’s no longer needed. Excellent centering and action. Solid lockup without any blade play. My absolute favorite Para 3 LW I’ve come across amongst 5 different models. Everything about this example is better than my keeper – action, centering, etc.

Trevor Burger Custom Atlas SFL | Titanium w/ Bronze Pivot Collar and Clip | Acid Wash Elmax
CONDITION: EXCELLENT – has been carried less than a dozen times since I got it in June of 2021 from GP Knives for $660. Have test cut paper, but nothing beyond that in terms of use. Frankly, it’s indistinguishable from a new one. Action is very snappy with the front flipper and the closing has a controlled drop-shut. Locks up solid without any play. Near-perfect centering.

Curtiss F3 Large Spanto Flipper | Stonewashed Titanium Bronze HB-Mill | Magnacut
CONDITION: EXCELLENT – has been carried a handful of times and only used on light tasks such as food prep (cutting an apple, etc.). Factory edge is still intact. Action is very fluid with a solid lockup (no blade play). Close is practically drop-shut. Centering favors the presentation side just a smidge. There are areas on the handle that looks lighter than the rest, but I would assume that’s from the manufacturing process as it was received in that manner. I have tightened the pivot with a large flat-head screwdriver so there may be very tiny shiny areas near where the driver contacted the pivot screw. Paid $695 from USAMadeBlade in November of 2022.

CONDITION: LNIB – has been pocketed once to test the pocket clip and handled multiple times. Has only test cut magazine paper with the factory edge for my first impressions video. Flawless centering with outstanding action – flipper tab is a lot more refined and smoothed out compared to the XM series. Not drop-shut, make a couple light shakes. Solid lockup without any blade play. There appears to be a snail trail on the pocket clip, but it was received that way direct from Hinderer. Paid $603 ($595 + $8 Shipping) back in January.

Monterey Bay Knives (MBK) Wolverine | Titanium | Satin S90V
CONDITION: EXCELLENT – Have carried a handful of times and somehow there’s a perfectly straight line that resembles a snail trail but seems to perfect to be one. Have only used to test cut magazine paper. Flawless centering with great action – reverse flick takes some practice with the middle finger. Will drop shut upon lock disengagement, then drop shut with a shake from the halfway point. These look to be completely sold out and I haven’t seen it back in stock since it dropped. Paid $142 including tax back in mid-April.
