Yep, precisely my thought. Makes me extremely hopeful that this will give those of us with no chance of ever feeding at the physical trough a shot at some of the specials that make it to places like Knob Creek and Blade. I do understand the disappointment for those who were counting on them being there though.

I thought the grab bags would be filled with less popular leftovers.

I'd actually be very disappointed if that was the case. If we wanted Op2W items we'd have bought them when they were available.

Also, last fall none of the heavy hitting regulars.even showed up aside from lui kang... so I might hazard a guess as to how lucrative the show had been. Not to mention the traffic getting down there...

All properly run businesses change in response to changing market conditions. I have worked for the 'same' company since 1978. The only constant is the need for change.

My speculation is that the BCKCo used to have extensive military unit orders over the last some years. That, combined with the retail, profit-making side of the business, drove the expansion of production capacity. Now, the mil orders are drying up; so Operation Two Weeks is calibrated to keep the shop humming.
