I have for sale a re-curve fighter with desert ironwood handles
made out of a old truck spring (5160 steel).
The specs are;
Length; Overall 12 3/4 inches Blade 7 7/8 inches tip to front of handle
Handle Length 5 inches
Width:1 7/8 inch Thickness: 1/4 inch with tapered tang
Blade steel: an old truck leaf spring
Blade grind: flat with a convex edge
Heat treat: annealed, then heat treated with the same procedure as 5160.
Handle: Desert Ironwood with red liners
Hardware: stainless steel
