spyder hole vs. thumb stud

I've done a very quick and dirty count of the "votes" so far on holes Vs studs.

In some messages it's a little difficult to determine exactly which method is preferred but I very roughly divided them into three categories:

Holes preferred
Studs preferred
Either way is fine

The results:

Holes 21
Studs 5
Either 10

So far, holes would seem to have it. Not that this means all that much, it really is a personal preference thing I think.
 
If you were able to get holes on any knife I think they would win, but since you can't if we count how many hae the hole vs. the stud I think the results would be different
