OD green honeycomb pattern Allen Putnam scales, deep carry clip, and Spyderco lanyard. No box and original scales and clip will come with it. I carried and used this, but it's in great shape and put of the rotation. Centering is spot on, I have the pivot adjusted a little snug because I dont like free dropping blades, but can easily be adjusted to your liking. Asking $old. This is the XL Manix
