Close to like new. It's cut a few light things, I removed the clip for deep pocket carry, lubed the pivot and touched the edge up on my ultrafine sharpmaker rod. I still have the clip and can attach it to whichever side you desire should we trade. Cosmetically in excellent shape. Hard to tell it's seen any use at all unless you really look. Absolutely one of Spydercos best, I'm just getting more interested in things that don't fold than things that do these days.
