What about the Para-Military 2 S110V G-10 Burple?

The ParaMilitary2 Blue G-10 S110V is a regular production model that was released to dealers in September 2015. It's very popular and they do show up at dealers but are quickly snapped up.

For as much as I like the design of the Lil Lum, I'm not sure I can justify $130 for it. *sigh*
I'm definitely going to get one eventually, but yeah, $130 approaches what you pay for one of the discontinued full size models... :/ I'll probably track a few more of them down first.

Bradley TAC, the world needs you!

I know! It looks amazing. I wish we would hear something on it. BTW, about the orange-peel finish. How is it done? Are the handles cast with that texture or is it something ground onto them? It's actually part of the titanium, right, and not just a superficial finish that is not durable?

I handled a TAC prototype at the Oregon Knife Show recently, and it was a sweet flipper. Very solid with smooth action. Another winner, IMO.

Orange peel is part of the surface finish. It's actual texturing, although I am not sure how it is done. I have seen it used by a few custom makers but this is the first production knife I know of that has it.

I'm pretty sure the Amsterdam videos that were on here a lil ways back said that the orange peel finish was applied with a certain texture sanding belt under high pressure for short periods, I could be wrong but I recall them mentioning it wore out belts fast so it's not usually a favorite texture to apply.

I remember Eric saying the same thing. Something about Mr. Bradley setting the grinder up a certain way then diving the titanium into it. I believe he also mentioned it being something they had trouble initially producing at a mass level. So I kinda feel like it's gonna be another Nirvana and we will be waiting awhile while they work out the kinks. On the same note I'm hapoy to wait. One thing I can always count on with Spyderco is that they won't let something come to us that isn't 100%, not always the case with other manufacturers.

I also handled the Tac 1s at the Oregon show. It's an amazing flipper! Its one of those knives where the pics simply don't do it justice. Can't wait!
