Hey everyone,

I have a spyderco citadel and it recently went through the dryer which it dented up and the dryer stripped of some anodizing. Do you know if there is something I can paint over it or if someone else should repair it for me. It is up on the clip side which is tip up.

You could take it to some type of place that does anodizing. Request HA type III.

Good luck with that. HA type III is not commonly available except with firms that specialize in doing that for Mil spec work, as it requires additional expensive chillers to keep the andoizing baths cold.

Commercial "hard anodize" is not Type III.
