Spyderco Ball Bearing lock, or Benchmade Axis Lock, which do you prefer?

I would like to see an updated pic of the P'kal. Too see how that is coming along. That is one of the knives I am anticipating from Spyderco. The ball-bearing lock works well. It is more comfortable to disengage in some knives more than others. I think feels great in the Polliwog, but it was difficult to use for me in the Dodo. I love the Axis, but it feels a bit gritty when disengaging. Still, very user friendly because of studs. I personally enjoy the ARC-Lock more than the Axis. They are all awesome locks though and I am just knit-picking for the sake of the topic of the thread. It wouldn't be my preference of this kind of lock that would help me decide on a choosing a knife.

Okay, I give.

What's the connection with the spiffy car?

I think the connection is that whichever spiffy lock you go with is just as subjective as which spiffy car you'd choose. Again, though, the answer is Lamborghini. Just to clarify :p .

Either that, or some of us are bored and have decided to be a Smart@$$ about it.

Looked up the "pagani zonda" and only found car stuff. Thought there might be a knife related to the reference. (over-priced IMO)

Subjective, true.

But, each lock, as with all mechinisms, has advantages/disadvantages.

I like the Lotus Elise - just big enough to get the job done, lite, and handles extremely well. And, though pricey, if you really wanted it, it would be affordable.
