This isn't a place to discuss the terms and conditions of PayPal, but TRUST definitely goes both ways when doing an online deal. The buyer can revoke their money and the seller can keep the money and not send an item for said money.

Sure I'm a bit new to the community but we were all new here once sometime, but why try to bully the new guy? It's my word versus yours but I'm not one to scam anyone online, it's simply not worth the trouble. Everything I do is 100% legit and I'm confident in that.
