Spyderco Bob Lum tanto (folder) and Spyderco Bob Lum Chinese Folder...same thing?

Heya. I'm currently looking for a source to buy a Spyderco Bob Lum folding tanto. I've come across something called the Spyderco Bob Lum Chinese Folder and was wondering...are they both the same thing?

EDIT: Another question: Did the Spyderco Bob Lum folding tanto with g10 scales only come with the black coated blade? I am looking for a satin or stone washed, plain edge Spyderco Bob Lum folding tanto. I kind of don't want to get a titanium one because sooner or later, the scales will get dinged. With g10 I don't have to worry about that.
