As you can see in the pic the box does not have the label so I cant say exactly when it was produced.I will take a semi educated guess and say it is at least 10-15 years old.The blade steel is marked GIN-1 aka G2.I dont mind shipping outside the US via Global Priority for 15 extra.Do know that once it leaves my hand I have no further responsibility.
