Just received our first shipment of the Spyderco C163PBK Pingo in this morning! The Pingo is a collaborative effort of Danish knifemakers Jens Anso and Jesper Voxnaes.

Features a 2.35" sheepfoot blade with premiums N690Co stainless steel. Weighs only 1.9 oz. and textured FRN handles. Has a reversible tip-up (my personal favorite clip) wire clip. I guess if you try hard enough, you would be able to open with one hand but it would be very difficult and awkward. But it's definitely designed to be opened with two hands.
