I have both. The Centofante is a more classy looking design, with a thinner blade - hence better for food slicing.
The Tenacious is a robust utility knife. The steel of the Centofante should be better, but you wouldn't complain about the steel of the Tenacious.
For your usage, and EDC I would pick the Centofante. It also looks friendlier than the Tenacious, which may or may not be a decision factor where you live.
