Hello all

Still pretty new to forum

Have a question. Debating on picking up a pm2 or a manix 2 ( current main edc is a 940-2) however I can’t find a store in Central florida that sells them
I admit I have bought a couple of knives (kershaw dividend in s30v and a native 5 frn) online prior to handling them and I have been lucky so far. This time I want to handle the knives first

Any help greatly appreciated

Basspro is the only place I know of that has a limited selection.

^yep.

I'll add for the OP, good luck finding any at a decent price point. there's a reason many of us use the good dealers list and buy online. some folks are lucky and live near these top notch participating dealers so they can shop in person. central florida is pretty barren on choices and actual inventory to look at and play with. ya might get lucky though..

I’ve always bought them online, as traveling to a store that carries them takes a lot longer than just sending back one if I don’t like it. I never have sent one back though.

Man, it’s been so long since I’ve been in there I really had to stop and think about it. Online dealers are the reality for most of us.

On the flip side, if you ever get out to Golden, the Spyderco store is such a blast. Candyland for an enthusiast.

yep, but even a gpknives or the like type storefront with lots of inventory would be enough for me.:)

I suggest buying both on the exchange lightly used. Keep the one you like the most and sell the other and you will probably get what you paid or maybe even make a little.

Yeah... Ruff's Saddle Shop outside Umatilla in Lake County. Really good selection and good prices for a B&M.

M Mr K email me @ neffarious (@) yahoo dot com. I live in the Orlando area. There are a couple of places that come to mind. They are not paid distributors so I do not want to get in trouble for naming them here.

M Mr K what part of Central Florida do you live in? You can also try St. Cloud Knives. They have sprint runs every now and then.

Yeah, Central Florida is somewhat a knife desert, unfortunately. St. Cloud Knives is one of the only local places I know of, and they have good reviews from some of the locals.
