It is like new no box.
I would like one of the following but make offers,you never know.
Ontario RAT 7 like new with sheath
a new set of Glock night sights
FTF in TN,SKS or other lower end firearm
Entrek fixed blade 5 to 7 in blade
I might also be interested in tradeing it to a knifemaker for the service of replaceing the krayton inserts in 2 Spyderco Stretches with stablized Bacote,I have the Bacote.

Is there anything wrong with the knife itself aside from missing the box? Any blade play? Any scratches or visible wear? If it has no problems with it, it is sharp, and is looking like new, then you have yourself a deal.
 
It has solid lock up with no side to side play and only very small amount of
up and down but Spyderco says that is suppose to be there on lockbacks.The
backspring is nice a strong so it has a nice snap when it closes.
The only marks on it are light storage,handleing marks that can be seen when
held at the right angle in the light.My CF Delica came NIB with the same
type marks.
