Reminds me of a renagade or blackhawk, looks like 1st gen G-10.
Is this an old design?
If it was ffg, it would be too close to an endura for me. I'd like it to keep the grind in that picture.

No swedge no deal.
Except that it would be a G 10, cpm S30v, buttery smooth, USA made Endura with a finger choil![]()
Could be wrong, but I'm guessing closer to 2000.I'm not positive how old but I think around 2005
Maby even older.
I'd love to hear from sal about this.
I dont need jimping on my knives. I like it as is. Seems rather old though. Peelply CF and S90v would make it an awesome slicer!
So all your kitchen knives have jimping? Don't get me wrong, I'm not against jimping. I just think that a properly designed handle, like the deep 50/50 choil on the Chief, makes it more of a cosmetic/esthetic point than a safety issue. To each their own, but I only use knives with adequate jimping. I see so many customs out there that I'd love to own, but they always lack the jimping. I love having the positive grip. It is a knife after all.

I would buy one as I carried a native 5 for 6 yrs and that looks a bit bigger, I like it.
