Well, looks like Spyderco finally done it.
Just got a 2012 Spdy catalog and NO Chinook!
Looks like the Lionspy may replace it, and at $499.99 MSRP, I wish them luck.
After having the Chinook 1 and 2 versions, a CE and two PE's, I finally broke down and got a new Chinook 3. I paid $225.00 + shipping for it new, just 1 month ago.
I purchased a Custom Chinook 3 today (waaay more than 200.00), and now want to sell my Chinook 3, PE, that is laying on felt in my collection drawer.
It is new. I did not receive the edge-u-cation paperwork, but have noticed a lack of that from Retailers lately. Don't know why. But this comes with the box. NEVER carried or sharpened. opened maybe 4 times. Period.
I will take $225.00 $OLD shipped and PayPal'd. NO trades. NO international shipping.
This could be the death knell of NIB Chinooks, and the prices WILL go up. If this doesn't sell by the weekend, I will keep it for a year to see how it goes.
