Spyderco Civilian Paperwork & Hang tag

Looking for original Sypderco paperwork and hang tag that came with the Spyderco Civilians. This paperwork came with most of the Civilians made it included a set of instructions, warranty pamphlet and hang tag suggesting this knife was not a knife for basic utility purposed. Not sure where to post this request but anyone that can direct me correctly would be greatly appreciated. I tried Spyderco direct but they will not sell or give any paperwork and paper inserts to their knives due t clones and faxes that are flooding the market. Thanks for any info you can provide me in obtaining these items

From what I read, not all versions came with the hang tag, it was a later addition.
