Spyderco Crew: Gone With The Wind...?

This weekend, some of the guys and gals from Spyderco (among them Joyce and possibly Sal) are in Salt Lake City, Utah to exhibit at the Outdoor Retailer Show. As you may have heard on the evening news, a F2 tornado ripped through Salt Lake this afternoon. Upon hearing of this I called and spoke with Bev at Spyderco. She said they called to say everyone was all right. Just thought you all would like to know. Glad to hear that they are all fine.

Thanks for taking the time to check and post this news. It certainly is good to hear. Those news tapes of the tornado moving through downtown SLC were incredible.

Thanx Dex. I stayed on the mountain. Greta, Joyce & Nancy are in Salt Lake City. They finished setting up the booth early and went hunting some light bulbs outside of town when the twister hit. We get lucky once in a while. I hope Joyce wasn't wearing her "jinx" shirt.

Wow!!
We saw the news footage of the storm going through Salt Lake on TV this afternoon.Glad you all are Ok. Those type of storms are so unpredictable and fast that sometimes luck is all you have.
