I believe its 440c and Ti plating on the handle, but I'll verify later today and update this post if its not.

I am fairly sure the the spyderfly in any version has never had Ti handles.

I tried to find out some more information and to the best of my knowledge, they are steel handles that at Ti plated and anodized.
