Spyderco Customer Service A+!!!

I have a Delica4 and after awhile the clip got loose so I tightened it up. Then about 5 months later it started getting wobbly again and when I went to tighten up the clip screws 2 of them stripped. Anyways, I shot an email to Spyderco's CS explaining the situation. The very next day they emailed me back asking for my address so they could send me some replacement screws. The next day after that I emailed them back with my gratitude and address. That was Friday. Today is Monday and I already had a package waiting for me in my mailbox!!!! Can't believe how fast they took care of this for me! And they even sent a new clip with the new screws, AND some Loctite (maybe to say 'don't let it happen again' haha).
