Spyderco Customer Service Disapointment

I had a problem with both of my Byrd Terns, both screws came loose and the clips became bent. I asked about buying new screws and clips & was told none were available & they'd get back with me, but never heard anything. It's been over a month. I just put both knives in a drawer & decided to carry my Dragonfly.
