Spyderco Customer Service is First Rate

A tip of the hat to Charlynn and the Spyderco Customer Service Team. I discovered that the pivot screw on my Native 4 CF was gone. :eek::eek:
My email to Syderco was answered so fast, it was frightening. Anyway, not only did it arrive in almost no time, I got a great 2009 catalog as well. I will now be able to see my next Spyderco purchase. :):)

I've yet to talk to a Spyderco customer service rep that didn't take absolutely great care of me.
