I broke the head off my pivot screw on manix 2 while tightening it down. Unsure of if it was covers under warranty I sent them an email explaining what happened and if I needed to return it or what. Anyways I got a reply back if I wanted just the screw so I wouldn't have any shipping cost and of course I said heck yes! A week later I got two screws in the mail and a letter stating warrant info and such. Really nice of them to go above a beyond just to fix one of their products. Thanks spyderco!
