I E-Mailed Spyderco and Kershaw last week that I needed parts for my knife.

Kershaw got back to me the next day-and I already have the part(thumb stud)-FREE.

I e-mailed Spyderco again--and have yet to hear anything from them

any ideas????????????????

Call them, they do have great customer service.

What's weird is that I have emailed them many times. Even within the last week and got responses in the same day.

The website says that they are experiencing email issues. Call them and they will get taken care of pronto!!
