Hello Gents,
I recently had to deal with Spyderco's Customer Service department.
I hate dealing with CS people as a general rule due to past bad experiences (not with Spyderco to be clear).
So I contacted Spyderco via email for a replacement clip and screws for one of my all time favorite Spydies (Bob Lum Chinese folder). They replied in a timely manner and I received the parts earlier this week (free of charge)
They even included a copy of the current catalog/price list
Needless to say I'm very impressed and even more of a fanboy than before (if that's possible)
Thank you Sal and company
