Spyderco Customer Service

i've tried and tried to reach customer service at spyderco, phone calls and emails. the only person live i talk to is the operator. then i have to leave to leave a message for Charlynn.. email twice, nothing. just wanted to check on my leafstorm..
I recently got a slightly abused Endura 4 through eBay. The price was too good to pass up a VG-10 blade. When I got it I found the clip on the wrong (for me) end with somewhat messed up screw heads. Based on this thread I send e-mail to Spyderco and got a reply in 30 minutes flat!

Charlynn proceeded to send me three new screws free based on my description. She also offered to replace the clip screws as part of factory sharpening if I had trouble with the old ones. Since I had reprofiled this blade I settled for the screws. They arrived in a few days with a full catalog. I'm impressed. :thumbup:

Spyderco takes good care of us. Congrats on the good deal on your new knife.
 
If you ever get a chance to get up to Golden to check them out, I highly reccomend it.. Mrs Glesser and the crew up there are a class act.. She went out of her way to take care of us.. Spyderco will get my $$ in the future, no doubt..
