Spyderco customizations?

The spydercos I own are:
- Manix 2 s30v G10
-paramilitary 2 s30v
-Delica 4 ffg frn
-native 4 s35vn g10
-techno CTS XHP
-southard CTS 204P brown g10


What would be worth customizing? I don't mean reprofiling blades, strictly replacing scales with aftermarket ones and backspacers (only if they increase integrity). I'm not interested in the zip ties for the thumb hole


I'm just not familiar with aftermarket scales and I've heard how some don't fit right, or specifically with grooved g10 how it's uncomfortable. But any advice or suggestions would be awesome! Thank you

I would mod the one that you carry most.

But on the flip side, you can mod the one you carry least, and see justhow much of a difference it makes.
The decision comes down to your wallet.

If the money was mine, I would preorder a maxamet manix two and swap the blade into my black G10 and buy aftermarket scales for the manix 2. As far as who to go through, I will defer to others more experienced than I.

Or there is another option, sell them all aside from the most carried knife and buy a mantra (model 1 or 2), Farid K2 or a Burch Chubby since the last two are on clearance.

Is there a website that has scales/backspacers in stock? I'm mostly looking for micarta scales for my Delica 4. I tried googling it but I can only find g10 scales or I have to have a custom order that will take two months. And I kind of want something now and don't want to wait. Any ideas?
 
I had two Gayle Bradley folders with customized scales by Steve Ketchen that were very nice. I would definitely recommend his work.
